MAPPA, the Midwest Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers, is dedicated to maintaining, protecting and promoting the quality of educational facilities. Page 5 of the newsletter features an article submitted by the Saint Xavier University Facilities Management on the cost effectiveness of green construction.
