Confirmation and Blessing and Commissioning of Graduates Mass held May3rd in McDonough Chapel
Saint Xavier University students Mary Noel Larson and Christopher John Budz received the Sacrament of Confirmation at a special Sunday liturgyin McDonough Chapel on May 3rd. Bishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller, M.Sp.S, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Chicago presided at the liturgy concelebrated by Father Robert Barry, O.P. Also at the liturgy, prayers of blessing and commissioning were offered for Spring 2009 graduating students, and participants received blessed crosses from the Departmentof Campus Ministry.
