SXU's Tom Lynch on "Chicago Tribune Live" after being named 2010 Fred Mitchell Award recipient

Award honors top place-kicker for excellence on field and in community

Saint Xavier University junior place-kicker Tom Lynch appeared on Comcast Sportsnet Chicago's "Chicago Tribune Live" program on Dec. 15 after recently receiving the 2010 Fred Mitchell Award.

Lynch appeared on the program with All-American kicker/columnist Fred Mitchell. The award honors the nation's top place-kicker in FCS, Division II, Division III and NAIA for excellence on the football field and in the community. Over 600 place-kickers are eligible for the Award.
