SXU’s Health Center offers physicals for children

Available from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 3 through 5

Chicago (April 28, 2008) Saint Xavier University is offering children’s physicals from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 3 through June 5 at its Health Center, located at 3700 W. 103rd St., Chicago.

Nurse practitioners will provide school, sport or camp physicals by appointment for $40. The majority of state-required immunizations are also available for $10 per vaccine. Parents must provide a copy of the child's immunization record.

"True to Saint Xavier University’s Mission and Core Values, we are happy to provide this service to the community,” said Health Center Director Monica Ryan, DNP, APRN, BC. “We encourage parents and guardians to take advantage of scheduling a school physical early in the summer months."
