SXU to host free money management seminar
“Making Your Money Work For You; Basic Budgeting and Credit Management” at 10 a.m. on April 20
Chicago (April 13, 2010) Saint Xavier University will host a seminar teaching young consumers to wisely manage their money in observance of Money Smart Week Chicago at 10 a.m. on Tues., April 20 in the Warde Academic Center’s Butler Reception Room at the Chicago campus, 3700 W. 103rd St.
Reason Financial Advisor, Inc. Mark Gilbert, CPA/PFS, MBA will present “Making Your Money Work For You; Basic Budgeting and Credit Management.” The hour-long seminar provides information about establishing and managing budgets and debt management strategies.

Coordinated by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and its Money Smart partners, Money Smart Week is designed to educate consumers about money management and create awareness of financial education programs on a wide range of topics such as budgeting, saving and using credit wisely.
