SXU Jazz Ensemble to perform Glen Miller, Count Basie and others

7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14 in McGuire Hall

Chicago (Nov. 4, 2008) The Saint Xavier University Jazz Ensemble will deliver a performance at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14 in McGuire Hall located in the Warde Academic Center, 3700 W. 103rd St, Chicago.

General admission is $6 and $5 for seniors and visiting students. SXU students, faculty and staff can attend for free with a valid university ID.

During the performance the SXU Jazz Ensemble will perform music by Harold Arlen, Count Basie, Walter Gross, Glenn Miller, Benny Moten, Jerome Richardson, Richard Rogers, Horace Silver, and Josef Zawinul.
