SXU Health Center offering seasonal flu immunizations

Supply is limited, fee applies

Chicago (Oct. 8, 2009) The Saint Xavier University Health Center is offering a limited supply of seasonal flu immunizations to the campus community and public. The Health Center will administer flu immunizations on a walk-in basis, while supplies last and for a fee, at the Chicago campus facility on the following schedule:

  • Tuesday, October 13 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 14 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 15 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 20 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 21 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 22 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Seasonal flu immunizations are available to children between the ages of 6 months – 18 years and adults 19 years and older. The fee schedule is as follows:
  • Adults (19 years and older) $15
  • Underinsured $15 (4 years and older – health insurance does not pay for vaccination)
  • No Insurance (6 months – 18 years) $10
  • State of Illinois All Kids patients Free (Patients 6 months – 18 years with current State of Illinois All Kids insurance card)
