SXU hosts 60th annual Student Nurses Association of Illinois Convention
“Impacting the Future through Leadership” convention is open to all Illinois student nurses
Chicago (Oct. 20, 2009) Saint Xavier University will host the 60th annual Student Nurses Convention of Illinois from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 on its Chicago campus, 3700 W. 103rd St.
The convention, titled “Impacting the Future through Leadership,” is open to all student nurses in Illinois and costs $65. The event’s keynote speaker is Illinois Nurses Association Executive Director Susan Swart. The convention will include several other nursing guest lecturers, an NCLEX review, a faculty workshop and a pharmacology review. Participants may also vote for the new SNAI Board of Directors and share knowledge and collaborate with their peers.
