SXU’s School of Nursing gives Easter baskets to Saint Margaret of Scotland students
86 baskets given to pre-K through 2nd grade students

Chicago (April 13, 2009) Saint Xavier University School of Nursing faculty, staff and students recently collected items to make Easter baskets for Saint Margaret of Scotland School students in Chicago’s Washington Heights neighborhood.
A total of 86 baskets were made for pre-kindergarten through second grade students. Puzzles were distributed to third grade students, and toys and books were collected for the school’s health center.
Last year, Saint Xavier received a VNA Foundation grant to provide a part-time nurse practitioner for primary care services at Saint Margaret.
